Where can I find a selection of luxury watches?

I like a handmade supervision instead produced in series. So I don 't want Rolex, Movado, Rado or any of those genres. I once saw this place where they showed all these different watches and were made by hand. Anyone know a good Web site? And anyone who knows where I can buy a vigilance that won 't the ripping off? Thank you
