Restoring a Movado?

I am looking to buy a used supervision of Movado out of my friend on in good condition unless the thin line scratches on parts of silver, now my question is, is it possible to remove those, can a professional restoration jeweller it to a new circumstance like? Anyone ever done this?

I heard that you can lucidarli out. But the thin line scratches give the character. That sense when the graffiate, it won 't seem as bad because it is already scratched.
